Die Pr\u00e4sidentschaftskandidatin des Rassemblement National, Marine Le Pen, m\u00f6chte bei einem Wahlsieg Einwanderungsregulatoren in der franz\u00f6sischen Verfassung verankern und einen \u201enationalen Vorrang“ f\u00fcr Franzosen durchsetzen.<\/h1>\n

Am 28. September stellte die Parteichefin im Rahmen der anstehenden Wahl in sechs Monaten das Parteiprogramm vor. Das zentrale Thema ist \u2013 wie in vielen L\u00e4ndern Europas \u2013 die Einwanderungspolitik. So setzt sich Le Pen f\u00fcr ein Referendum ein, dass die Zuwanderung drastisch reduzieren soll.<\/p>\n

Die Pr\u00e4sidentschaftskandidatin stellte bei der Pressekonferenz die f\u00fcr Frankreich entscheidende Frage in den Raum, die im Anbetracht der demographischen Entwicklung bald gekl\u00e4rt werden muss:<\/p>\n

\u201eWird Frankreich Frankreich bleiben oder wird es vom unkontrollierten Strom gigantischer Migrationsstr\u00f6me mitgerissen, die unsere Kultur, unsere Werte und unsere Lebensweise mit sich rei\u00dfen?“<\/p>\n

Um den Bev\u00f6lkerungsaustausch zu stoppen, m\u00f6chte Le Pen unter anderem die nachtr\u00e4gliche Legalisierung des sogenannten \u201esans papier“ unterbinden. \u201eDie Papierlosen\u201c fordern, ohne Aufenthaltsstatus im Land bleiben zu d\u00fcrfen und endg\u00fcltig den franz\u00f6sischen Pass zu bekommen.<\/p>\n

Zudem sollen straff\u00e4llige Ausl\u00e4nder konsequenter abgeschoben werden. Der sogenannte \u201eNationale Vorrang\u201c sieht vor, dass bestimmte Leistungen, wie zum Beispiel die Familienbeihilfe den Franzosen vorbehalten wird, um die Geburtenrate zu erh\u00f6hen. Der Zugang zu Wohnraum und Besch\u00e4ftigung ist ein weiterer Punkt bei dem, laut Le Pen, die Autochthonen bevorzugt werden m\u00fcssten.<\/p>\n

Entsprechend dieser Vorschl\u00e4ge soll besonders die \u201eBeihilfe zur illegalen Einwanderung“ strafrechtlich geahndet werden. Familienzusammenf\u00fchrungen k\u00e4men auch nicht mehr in Frage. Da diese Programmpunkte sicherlich von europ\u00e4ischen Gerichten angefochten werden, will Le Pen den Vorrang des franz\u00f6sischen Rechts \u00fcber das internationale Recht sichern:<\/p>\n

\u201eJeder internationale Text oder jede Bestimmung dieses Textes, die im Widerspruch zur Verfassung steht, wird nicht anwendbar sein“, was bedeutet, dass Frankreich \u201enicht aus internationalen Texten aussteigen muss“, so die Chefin des RN. Bez\u00fcglich der EU erkl\u00e4rte sie, ihre Partei stehe nicht f\u00fcr den Austritt. Die Mitgliedschaft sei f\u00fcr sie allerdings an die \u201eAchtung der verfassungsm\u00e4\u00dfigen Identit\u00e4t Frankreichs“ gekn\u00fcpft.<\/p>\n

Verschiedenen Umfragen zufolge k\u00f6nnte Le Pen tats\u00e4chlich an die Macht kommen. Jedoch darf nicht vergessen werden, dass bis zur Wahl noch einige Zeit vergeht und konstant \u2013 wie in allen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern \u2013 gegen eine nationale Erstarkung medial und anderweitig intensiv vorgegangen wird. Dar\u00fcber hinaus muss mit der Kandidatur des ultrakonservative \u00c9ric Zemmour gerechnet werden, der dem RN Stimmen wegnehmen w\u00fcrde.
