{"id":4456,"date":"2019-12-17T10:12:10","date_gmt":"2019-12-17T09:12:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zurzeit.at\/?p=4456"},"modified":"2019-12-17T10:12:10","modified_gmt":"2019-12-17T09:12:10","slug":"sellner-razzien-rechtswidrig","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zurzeit.at\/index.php\/sellner-razzien-rechtswidrig\/","title":{"rendered":"Sellner-Razzien rechtswidrig"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Anfangsverdacht nicht ausreichend<\/h1>\n<p>Erinnern wir uns zur\u00fcck: Die t\u00fcrkis-blaue Regierung war gerade im Amt, als man eine Spende des neuseel\u00e4ndischen Christchurch-Attent\u00e4ter an Identit\u00e4ren-Chef Sellner medial ausschlachtete und gegen die Regierung instrumentalisierte.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl Sellner und seine Bewegung in einem Prozess vor dem Grazer Landesgericht schon einmal samt und sonders von der \u201eBildung einer kriminellen Vereinigung\u201c freigesprochen wurden, f\u00fchrte die Staatsanwaltschaft im M\u00e4rz dieses Jahres erneut Hausdurchsuchungen bei Sellner und einigen seiner Mitstreiter durch. Der Grund: Die Spende des neuseel\u00e4ndischen Attent\u00e4ters. Fragt sich jede Hausfrau sofort: Was kann Sellner daf\u00fcr, wenn ihm jemand Geld in den Sack dr\u00fcckt? Erwartet man wahrsagerische F\u00e4higkeiten von ihm? H\u00e4tte er das Attentat vorausahnen sollen?<br \/>\nDie Staatsanwalt scheint sich diese Antworten allerdings nicht gegeben zu haben und ging unter medialem Trommelwirbel erneut gegen die Identit\u00e4ren vor.<\/p>\n<p>Allerdings rechtswidrig \u2013 wie sich herausstellt, denn das Grazer Gericht gab den Beschwerden Sellners statt.
